Your Role at Convertico

As a Technology & Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building and optimizing websites, landing pages, and CRM integrations for high-performing campaigns.
• Managing backend systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Collaborating with the creative and performance teams to align technical execution with client objectives.
• Keeping up with the latest tools, platforms, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 12 months of experience in a development role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
• Experience with CRM systems like GoHighLevel is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
