Your Role at Convertico

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
• Coordinating between creative, performance, and tech teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable feedback to optimize results.
• Preparing and delivering detailed reports and presentations to clients.
• Contributing to strategic planning sessions to align goals with client objectives.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 12 months of experience in an account management or strategy role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

• Salary Range: R15,000 – R45,000 per month (depending on your experience and impact).
