Your Role at Convertico

As a Meta Ads Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns for a range of clients.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and scaling.
• Collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives and copy.
• Staying ahead of trends and platform updates to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
• Preparing and presenting performance reports to clients and the internal team.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 12 months of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Ads Manager and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• A solid understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategies, and ad creatives that convert.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to stay updated on the latest Meta advertising techniques.
