Whether you are building a complex CMS structure in Webflow or a high-traffic e-commerce engine in WordPress/Shopify, you are the person who ensures the "Ad-to-Page" journey is flawless.‍

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• You’re a Full-Stack Visual Thinker: You don't just design in Figma; you understand how that design translates into clean, responsive, and scalable web architecture.
• You’re Platform Agnostic: You’ve mastered Webflow and WordPress, and/or Custom Development
• You Understand the "Profit" Side of Design: You know that a 1-second delay in load time can kill a conversion rate. You design for speed, accessibility, and ROI.
• You’re a Shopify Specialist: You have a deep understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem and how to customize themes to maximize Average Order Value (AOV).‍

Your Role at Convertico

As our Senior Web Architect, you are responsible for the digital storefronts of South Africa’s fastest-growing brands:

• End-to-End Development: Taking designs from Figma and building them into pixel-perfect, responsive sites in Webflow or WordPress.
• Landing Page Engineering: Building high-performance, conversion-focused funnels for our media buying team.
• E-commerce Optimisation: Managing and optimising Shopify stores, ensuring seamless checkouts and high-trust product pages.
• CMS & Technical SEO: Structuring websites for long-term scalability and ensuring all technical SEO benchmarks (Core Web Vitals) are shattered.
• Integration Mastery: Ensuring that CRMs, tracking pixels (CAPI, GTM), and email marketing tools are integrated perfectly into the site architecture.‍

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ Years of Experience: A proven track record of building high-performance websites in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Mastery of Webflow: Deep knowledge of the CMS, Interactions, and custom code integrations.
• Mastery of WordPress: Expertise in theme customisation, plugin management, and performance optimisation.
• Custom Development Excellence: Proficiency in building bespoke, high-performance solutions from scratch using modern frameworks (HTML, CSS, JS) to solve complex business needs beyond the limits of templates.
• The Shopify Plus Point: Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid and e-commerce best practices is a massive advantage.
• UI/UX Excellence: Proficient in Figma/Adobe XD, with a deep understanding of user psychology and conversion-led design.‍
