Your Role at Convertico

As a Junior Media Buyer, you will work directly under our Senior Strategists to manage and scale real-world budgets:

  • Campaign Support: Launching and monitoring ads across Meta and Google, ensuring all settings are precise.
  • Performance Tracking: Daily check-ins on key accounts to ensure spend is on track and KPIs are being met.
  • Creative Coordination: Helping brief the creative team on what’s working and what needs to be tested next.
  • Data Organization: Assisting in the creation of performance reports that highlight revenue growth, not just clicks.
  • Platform Mastery: Spending your time in the trenches of Ads Manager, learning the advanced scaling tactics that drive our "Quantum Growth Model."‍
  • Proactive Communication: Maintaining a gold standard of client interaction—providing crystal-clear updates and managing expectations with speed, poise, and professional "top-of-mind" service.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 12 Months+ Experience: Some hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads (ideally both, but we’ll talk if you’re a master of one).
  • Technical Literacy: You know your way around Business Manager, Ads Manager, and the basics of Google Analytics.
  • Numerical Fluency: You understand the relationship between CPC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Hunger for Growth: A massive desire to learn from senior heavy hitters and a refusal to settle for "good enough."‍
