The Challenge

Despite having a world-class product, iRainbow faced a common scaling bottleneck: their digital acquisition funnel wasn't efficiently converting high-intent parents into active subscribers. The primary challenge was a fragmented customer journey that led to high drop-off rates at the pricing and sign-up stages. Additionally, while their offer was well-established offline, they struggled getting things off the ground online after working with a few previous Agencies. They needed a cohesive "growth engine" that could clearly articulate their unique offline value proposition and convert cold traffic into loyal, long-term subscribers at a predictable cost along with a team that knew what they were doing in the unique environment of subscription-based selling.

Our Approach

We applied the Quantum Growth Model to rebuild the iRainbow acquisition strategy from the ground up. Our primary focus was "Funnel Architecture"—engineering a frictionless path that moved parents from initial awareness to software download and subscription. We redesigned their landing pages to highlight key pain points while streamlining the sign-up process to remove technical friction. Once the new funnel infrastructure was validated, we launched a single-channel Paid Media strategy across Meta. By leveraging aggressive creative testing, we were able to identify the most profitable angles to market and scale their budget aggressively into a now-optimised system that prioritised lifetime value (LTV) over simple clicks.
