Catering to car enthusiasts, they have built a reputation for excellence by offering top-tier brands at an affordable price. In a market where purchase decisions are often driven by price, Evolution Wheel & Tyre was positioned to go as the new tyre company on Meta.
The automotive fitment industry is notoriously competitive, with thin margins and high customer acquisition costs. Evolution Wheel & Tyre faced the challenge of standing out in a crowded market where price-shopping is the norm. While they had a strong physical presence backed by an extensive google ad budget, their digital strategy failed to take advantage of what Meta had to offer. Furthermore, because wheels and tyres are not daily purchases, they were missing a critical opportunity to stay top-of-mind with their existing customer base, leading to "one-and-done" transactions rather than long-term brand loyalty.
We overhauled their Paid Media strategy, prioritising Meta Ads to showcase high-impact conversion ads to drive traffic to the store. To combat the one-off transaction cycle, we implemented a sophisticated Email Marketing strategy. We built automated flows that nurtured leads who weren't ready to buy immediately and created seasonal campaigns to have the funnel take action. By aligning aggressive acquisition with a backend retention system, we ensured that every lead was either converted immediately or nurtured for a future high-ticket sale.
